Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and Geomart and govern your use of the geo-mart.ge website.
By using the company’s services, you agree to fully and unconditionally abide by these rules. The mentioned rules are considered mandatory within the framework of the relationship between you and the company and are given the legal meaning determined by the legislation of Georgia.
Definition of terms

The company is the owner of the website geo-mart.ge, Geomart LLC (limited liability company, S/C: 440 397 660).
Buyer – any natural or legal person who purchases products through the site.
Statement – information about the products for sale posted on the site.
Product – any item offered for sale through the Site.
Buying products
To purchase the products, the user must follow the instructions on the relevant page of the products.
Products can be purchased in installments. In such a case, an installment contract is concluded between the partner bank and the buyer.
The corresponding settlement for the purchase of products through the site will be carried out in the manner specified in the rules/description of the respective products.
Delivery of products
The seller undertakes to transport the products of the type, size and quantity indicated in the order made electronically by the buyer, in accordance with the delivery method chosen by the buyer, to the address specified by the buyer.
The seller is authorized to transfer the product only to the authorized representative of the individual or legal entity who directly purchased the product, which is confirmed by verifying the data/details in the system.
In order to hand over/receive the product, in case of presentation of a third person to the seller or failure to meet at the address, the buyer must inform the seller about this in advance from the phone number specified by the buyer during registration.
In the event that the product is shipped by the seller to the address specified by the buyer, but it turns out that the address provided by the buyer is inaccurate / incomplete or the buyer / his representative does not meet the seller on the spot, it is not possible to contact the electronically specified mobile phone (disconnected or not responding), again To transport the product to the buyer’s address, the shipping price must be paid in advance or the buyer must transport the product himself from the seller’s address.
Minors
The Website Services are not designed or intended for persons under the age of 18, persons who have not reached the age of legal consent in any jurisdiction to use the Services (“Majors of Legal Age”). If you are not a legal adult, you may not download or use the Services or provide us with personal information.
We reserve the right to access and review any personal information we receive from you.
